Nature of the service

K-INFI provides research, direct contact, coordination, operational support and agreed on-site observations within a defined written scope. K-INFI acts independently and does not import, resell or hold stock as part of the standard Italy Desk service.

Engagement

Submitting an enquiry or project brief does not itself create an engagement. Work begins only after K-INFI confirms the written scope, quotation and applicable terms and receives the required acceptance.

Evidence and verification limits

K-INFI distinguishes information obtained from public sources, confirmed information, document-supported information and elements physically observed during an agreed visit. Unresolved information, inconsistencies and red flags are identified where relevant.

K-INFI's work is not a statutory audit, certification, laboratory test, legal or financial due diligence, regulated professional advice or a guarantee of a supplier's solvency, compliance, future performance or contractual fulfilment.

Third parties and authority

Regulatory, laboratory, certification, tax and legal work remains with competent professionals and bodies. K-INFI does not sign contracts, place orders, accept terms or otherwise bind a client without a separate specific written mandate.

Fees and external costs

Published fees are starting fees for the specified service formats and exclude VAT or other applicable taxes. Travel and third-party services are excluded unless expressly included and require written approval before being incurred.

Contractual terms

The complete terms applicable to an assignment are supplied with, or referenced by, the written quotation. If website information differs from an accepted quotation or engagement document, the accepted project documentation governs that assignment.

Evidence, not assumptions. Clear limits and no guarantee of a supplier's future performance.
