This page explains how personal data submitted through the K-INFI Italy Desk website is used to assess and respond to business enquiries.

Data collected
The enquiry form may collect the contact person's name, company, business email, country, requested service, project description, preferred timing and company website. Technical security logs may also be generated when the website or form is used.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to review the request, communicate with the sender, assess feasibility and prepare a possible scope and quotation. Processing is based on steps requested before entering into a contract and, where applicable, K-INFI's legitimate interest in handling and securing genuine business enquiries.
Required information
Fields marked as required are necessary to assess and answer the request. Failure to provide them may prevent K-INFI from responding.
Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, security and email delivery, acting under applicable contractual and data-protection obligations. Data may also be shared with professional advisers or competent authorities where required by law. It is not sold.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained only for the time reasonably necessary to assess the request, manage subsequent communications, protect legal rights and comply with applicable obligations. If an engagement begins, the relevant contractual and administrative retention periods apply.
International processing
Where a technology provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, K-INFI requires an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions provided by applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
